This is great, but you need to talk to marketing
These are the words that we hear a lot when we first meet people! First, thank you – we’d be delighted to be introduced to marketing. However, hold fire for a moment, business development managers of the world as we’re here to help create tools for you too!
Here a few easy wins to combat some common issues we’ve come across with the BD onboarding journey…
Issue no.1:
I’m struggling to get leads to see instant value in my products and services
How about… a killer one-page explainer to send along with your cold intro? This delivers your core value right where it needs to go (and – extra bonus – makes a superb first impression).
Issue No.2:
Lengthy onboarding is meaning deals are stalling or stumbling at hurdles along the way
We could create… an interactive visualisation of the onboarding journey to guide clients through what to expect, streamlining the time between setup and kick-off and giving them a great upfront flavour of what it’s like to work together.
Issue No. 3:
My pitch makes perfect sense to me but isn’t converting as well as it should.
Sounds to me like it’s… time for a presentation overhaul! Let us transform your deck from overly detailed ‘death by PowerPoint’ to shiny, snappy creds deck with precise, targeted messaging and some engaging design elements to set you apart.

Why not try… staying at the forefront of prospects’ minds with an awesome leave-behind; interactive or static, digital or real-life, the choice is yours – but we reckon that creating something compelling and visually exciting will help refresh memories and get phones ringing. Let’s give prospects the tools to become powerful advocates.
Issue No 5:
Our sales messaging has become a bit fragmented and inconsistent
Fix this by… getting everyone singing from the same hymn sheet with a quick-yet-potent messaging sprint to redefine the way you’re articulating your purpose, mission and value statement. Aah, clarity!
