Like people, businesses grow, mature, and hopefully, thrive.

And just as adults shed the traits of their youth, as organisations come of age, they may want to change how they present themselves to the world.

We’re not sure what six years of business is in human years, but it sure feels like a long time.

Every day is another day of solving challenges, learning, and evolving. That’s why it felt like the right time to take a good look at ourselves — what we had achieved, who we had become, and where we wanted to go.

As we reflected, we realised our existing brand and website design no longer fully reflected our identity. It just didn’t quite fit anymore.


Writing our next chapter

So we took a closer look at ourselves, invited people outside Luna 9 to give us a fresh perspective, and asked questions we hadn’t considered since we first launched. We reevaluated our values, goals, and role in the world. We considered our key audiences, their needs, objectives, and challenges.

It was a fun, unifying, and eye-opening experience that gave us real insight into what our clients experience as we help them develop their brand strategy and identity.

From all of this, our new brand and website were born — and we couldn’t be prouder of how they capture what we’re all about: helping brilliant people explain complex ideas clearly and confidently, for commercial traction and maximum impact.
